Our Belford vineyard was planted in the 1960s and our Pokolbin vineyard was planted in 1990. To meet our passion for premium blended wines we grow the following varieties: Barbera, Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Semillon, Shiraz, Tempranillo, Verdelho and Vermentino. To that we source from our neighbours Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.

We make two ranges of wines. The first is our single variety, single vineyard, classic Hunter Valley wines that fully embody its unique terroir - Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Rosé. Our second range, of which we are especially proud, has our premium blended wines, drawing from across the Mediterranean some of their best grape varieties.

KV Wines are available at fine restaurants and bottleshops in the Newcastle, Hunter, and Central Coast areas, or you can buy them online in our Online Cellar Door. You can call for a winery visit and tasting at our vineyard, but sorry, we don't have a cellar door.
Accommodation update.
While Kurrajong Vineyard cottages and B&B suite were amongst the first on Hermitage Road, with mixed feelings we are closing our accommodation on June 3rd, 2012 to concentrate on our vineyard and KV wines. Many heartfelt thanks to all those who stayed with us over the years and gave us some fond memories.
